Warranty and Replacement Policy
All our products are manufactured with the utmost care and in accordance with European specifications and the highest standards. The quality of each product is carefully checked before leaving the factory, and it is covered under a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal breakage resulting from negligence, error, tampering, or failure to follow the operating instructions safely attached to the product. This warranty does not cover tools purchased from unauthorized dealers.
Steps to replace the product in case of warranty:

- A representative from the shipping company will be sent to receive the product.
- Your request will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the product after verifying all the details and approving them from our quality team and you will be compensated with a new product.
- Note: If the defect is due to misuse, the product will be shipped back to you and the customer will bear the shipping cost, but if it is a manufacturing defect, a second product will be sent to you for free.
Return Policy
“Shosh” provides a return policy to include all products and the consumer has the right to return the product he purchased within 3 days unless the product has been opened or used. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs and the amount is refunded via a bank transfer to the account The customer within a period of 14 days and the shipping value is deducted from the total amount and the customer bears the bank transfer commission, if any.
