Warranty and Replacement Policy

All our products are manufactured with the utmost care and in accordance with European specifications and the highest standards. The quality of each product is carefully checked before leaving the factory, and it is covered under a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal breakage resulting from negligence, error, tampering, or failure to follow the operating instructions safely attached to the product. This warranty does not cover tools purchased from unauthorized dealers.

Steps to Get warranty:

  • Send a picture of the invoice and send pictures and a video explaining the problem.
  • A representative from the shipping company will be sent to receive the product.
  • Your request will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the product after verifying all details and approving them from our quality team. The product will be repaired or replaced according to what is approved by the quality department based on the inspection.
  • Note: In the event that the defect is due to misuse, the product will be offered to be repaired for a cost determined according to the condition of the product or the nature of the problem. If you agree, the specified value will be collected when the product is delivered to you. However, if the repair is rejected or the nature of the defect is not repairable, the product will be shipped again with you bearing the shipping cost.

Return Policy

Shosh provides a return policy that includes all products. The consumer has the right to return the product he purchased within 14 days unless the factory packaging has been opened or the product has been used. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs and the amount is refunded via a bank transfer to the customer’s account within a period of 14 days. The shipping value is deducted from the total amount and the customer bears the bank transfer commission, if any.

  • A representative of the shipping company will be sent to receive the product with all its contents in full.

Return conditions:

  1. The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. Factory packaging has never been opened or used.
  3. The amount will be transferred within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product after examining it and verifying its condition.
